Spicy Peppered Steaks recipe

Ingredients:

6 sirloin steaks.
4 teaspoons of whole peppercorns.
½ cup of bottled steak sauce.
2 tablespoons of Dijon-style mustard.
1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.

Directions:

Using a rolling pin, coarsely crush the peppercorns.

Mix the steak sauce, mustard, brown sugar and salt.

Marinate overnight or until ready to cook.

Grill as usual, using the marinade as a baste.
